Nextérité is currently working with HAROPA (the port of Le Havre), Le Havre Seine Métropole, the department of Seine-Maritime, SANEF-SAPN (motorways), DIRNO (Inter-Departmental Direction of North-West Roads), CCI Seine Estuary (for the management of the Normandy and Tancarville bridges), on the #MobiSmartPort project, of the Le Havre Smart Port City Program #LHVPI
The objective is to share all the data known by the various local actors in order to coordinate actions and facilitate mobility in the territory.
Thanks to the ViaPro application, traffic information will be shared in real time by field operators and will be visible on the dashboard by traffic managers.
This improves traffic information over the entire user journey and coordinates the actions of managers.
In concrete terms, if outage information is broadcast on the motorway’s variable display panels, this information will be immediately available in the application and the managers affected by this outage will receive specific notifications in order to take appropriate measures and inform users of their networks and territories.
In summary, ViaPro makes it possible to make network management more efficient by improving the synergy of the players and the effectiveness of their actions, and above all to increase the safety of users.
In the 2nd phase of the project, we will connect other sources and applications, including Waze, and we will set up a traffic and environment alert system for each partner.
